Hi Kate,
I'm not sure how long it'll be until the new version of eFiction is ready, but have you tried a third party service in the meantime?
I currently use AddThis at my Labyrinth FF Archive, which I'm pretty sure I stumbled upon one day when admiring Artphilia's collection of sites. It's pretty handy because it also sends you through statistics 🙂
There are multiple options (select which sites you want to show, size of the icons etc).
