I run a fanfic site at https://www.transformersfanfic.com/ and though English is the only language selected, I'm seeing some German in labels.

Is this a known bug? How can I fix it?
As I recall, the Artphilia Designs themes have bits of them in German - you'll need to go through the theme files and replace the appropriate parts with translations.
EDIT to add: I have the following listed as needing translations: listings.tpl, profile.tpl, reviews.tpl, storyindex.tpl and viewstory.tpl but there might be others too.
