State the nature of your problem: Just tried to run an upgrade on a 3.5.1 site i have inherited, and after the confirm Yes to run the upgrade get this error:
A fatal MySQL error was encountered.
Query: alter table fanfiction_inseries drop index inorder;
Error: (1091) Can't DROP 'inorder'; check that column/key exists
Do you have a test account for us? No, but i can make one

Add an index named "inorder" to that table using phpmyadmin. There may be other things that are missing though so you may have other errors pop up.

they have messed with the tables quite a bit, so i am going to set up a duplicate site to try and nut out all of the problems before running it on the live site.
