I'm just a hobby designer, but I still want to share a few helpful links with you. These websites don't belong to me. I just love them and can't imagine designing layouts (for efiction, livejournal or simple websites) without them. πŸ˜‰

Let's not forget Xampp and Wamp for developing on your computer before uploading to the live, production version of your install:
