I need to make some changes to the footer and welcome sections of my home page but I am not sure where I go to make these changes if someone could point me in the right direction. I am using 3.5.2

Login, go to Admin, Go to settings.
To change the welcome hit "Welcome Message" and hit "Footer" to change stuff in the footer.
