URL to your eFiction: http://writerswing.altervista.org/
Version of eFiction: The last one.
Have you bridged eFiction, if so with what?: No.
Have you searched for your problem: Yes.
If so, what terms did you try: “Submission letters”, “Rejection letters”, “Acceptance letters”, “Emails problem”, “Email problems”. I found this → https://efiction.org/forums/index.php?topic=5852 and this → https://efiction.org/forums/index.php?topic=7186.0, but still we cannot solve the problem.
State the nature of your problem:   It's stange. Last week the mails worked just fine, but three days ago we got stuck with this problem  (I'll post a screenshot below). The main admin changed the content of the letters and now every time we try to send a letter a pop up appears. I tried to change it and
Before: (I got the letter without problems)
After: We got two different problems.
- Rejection letter:
- Acceptance letter:
We tried to reset the letters to their original states but it doesn't work anyway.

Hi there,

that's weird, it might have something to do with an upgrade of the webserver, there is a deprecated thing in "./admin/noletter.php" that could be the issue, at least for the rejection. As your screenshots shows, the INET_ATON('') is blank, it should show the IP of the person accessing the page.

Open "./admin/noletter.php" and search for the string $_ENV['REMOTE_ADDR'], change to $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'], tell me if that did any good.

It could also have something to do with the mailer function, bad thing is, without more details, it's hard to narrow the issues down.
