I am having an issue. As the Admin I have added quite a few fics to my site... however I accidentally added them under the wrong author name, mine.
For example... it says that I have 5 stories... but I actually only have 2.
I went through the admin panel and archive maintenance and "Recalculate Stories", but it's not changing anything.
Is there another way to fix this?

I would say go to the stories in question, click edit story. Change to the correct authorname, save, then refresh and see if the number is correct. I did this a few times when I added stories for other authors.
I did this as soon as I saw my mistake... but nothing changed. :confused:
Do you have access to the database? You may just have to change those numbers manually unless you want to delete/readd the story under the correct penname. Sounds like you confused it although in theory the recalculate stories should've worked 🙂
Yes, I do have access to the database... I just don't know where to go in the database to change the number. 🙂

It's under the authorprefs table. Column is "stories". You can manually edit the number by clicking the relevant UID number.
