Hi there,
seems some people (especially newly registered) have issues creating topics.
If so, please post here, stating where you wanted to open a topic, so far we don't know how and why this happens.

I have been trying to post a new topic in Version 3.x General Support and it doesn't work for me. It either just spins or does nothing at all :confused:
