Ok I wasn't sure where to put this...and I've not used eFiction for a while...but am for my new domain...
Anyways I installed 3.0 set everything up, then clicking on my version check it said 3.1.1 is now available...so I came here, clicked on 3.1.1 on the download page...unzipped it and installed it...
(BTW since I've not got my site up and running, I ripped off 3.0 and put in a fresh install)
Now, my problem is....the install said welcome to Install efiction 3.0...thinking I accidentally clicked on my efiction 3.0 folder I ran the efiction31 folder again for upload... the install said the same thing... so I assumed it's for the 3.x series and went on ahead...
Everything installed fine BUT....
The version check says 3.1.1 is the latest and to download it from efiction...I'm currently using 3.1...I only clicked on this link to make sure it was 3.1.1 I installed...so umn HUH?! If the site says the latest is 3.1.1 on the downloads page and my domain is saying I'm running 3.1 then is this a mistake????
I'm totally confused.... 😕
And no I dont class this as a bug so I didnt put it in that forum...I'm just not sure what's going on with version check vs download....

It's just a mistake. Tammy forgot to update the version in the database. If you just downloaded the install then you are up-to-date.
ah I thought that may have been the case...and yes I just downloaded it today. I thought I was going nutty but thanks...
