I have two large fanfiction archives. I understand there were plans to modernize the code, but that post was made last year. Is there an update announcement? I don't want to abandon efiction. I have been using it from almost the beginning, but time has left 3.5 way behind.
I ran into some snags modernizing the code. Also had some big IRL stuff happen that delayed pretty much everything in my life.
Ended up losing both of my parents last year. So... yeah, the update is still coming, but there's no ETA as of today.
Losing one parent can be rough, two is just shit. I feel your pain. I was right there about six years ago now. *hugs* Good luck, friend.
If you need any help, don't hesitate to ask. I'm not familiar enough with efiction to code anything for it, but website work, social media/community, random implementation and integration knowledge, I have in abundance.
