I have two questions.
1. Is there any way to disable the "print" feature on efic? (As in remove it completely).
2. I just installed 3.5.2 and the chapter title menu doesn't show up at all. I thought I saw
someone with a similar issue, and it may have gotten solved, but I've spent an hour searching
and can't find it. If anyone knows if that thread exists, can you please direct me to it?

For #1, I don't think there's an on/off in the settings, but you can always take it out of the skin files, which will remove the link. People could still technically use it if they typed in the URL, but I doubt anyone would know how to do that.
For 2 you probably want to make a separate thread. I don't remember this issue related to 3.5.2. So is this a new install or an old? (In other words, was it working one way, and now is not?) I remember some people talking about some sort of mod or something a while back.
If it's a new install, make sure that you turn on Use Story Index in Admin > Settings > Display Settings. (And if it's an old, check, I guess.)
Also make certain your personal settings are set to view it. And if you want more help with this please provide a URL to your site so we can see the problem in action.

I'm going to try to remove the print option via skin.
And you were right! My personal settings wouldn't let me display the
categories. It's all fixed now -thanks again. I appreciate the response. 🙂
