stupid question
installed 3.5.5 no previous running fresh install
installed fine, logged in to find no admin department but files are all there and intact. How do I access the admin normally its domainname.com/admin.php or /admin but it comes up u dont have authorisation to access that page.

This is really no stupid question!
Fact is, recently the installer has stopped creating the administrator with administration rights.
If you can directly access your SQL data, go to the authorprefs table and change level to 1.
If not, give me a bit, I'll create a quick fix for the issue.
It's a known issue, but between work, working on eFiction 5 and fixing it - guess who lost ^^

Ah, so people already registered .... yours should be uid = 1, but you can check in fanfiction_authors if this is really your name.

i since re installed the efiction has a new error
it now comes up with level 1 automtically in the database seems that it was tried to be a fixed issue. But still no admin access. Authorprefs level is set to 1 on this download but no access 🙁 shuld have left it how do i fix this now then please
