I was wondering if this could be done/created/requested...
Is it possible to categorise the news like it's done in WP etc? It got me thinking...if I put in my news about something changed on my site and then a couple of days later, something relating to it...wouldn't it cut down on the news archive for members/readers to find all related news rather than scrolling right down or going from page to page looking for the news that could affect their accounts and may need to refer to it?
Just a thought....

It's possible, but it would not be a simple mod.
http://amy.brain-insane.com/news_cats.php has news categories, not sure how. Site possibly NSFW (some themes are more adult in nature, default is safe)

Anyways, I guess the mod will be complicated but wouldn't it work on the same basis as add/edit story? Putting news in categories like a story?
