I have just upgraded my site to the current version of efiction being 3.3.1.
I logged into the administration before upgrading, overwrote the files as it said to do in the instructions etc.
For some reason I can not get into the site even as admin. When I call up the admin.php it throws me back to the maintenance.php page.
emmm how do I get out of this one please?
By the way, eventually I got the efiction successfully bridged with coppermine, x7chat, e107 and smf once I realised what I was missing, I just kept on with it till I got the mix right. :-D.

You should still be able to log in while in maintenance mode then you'll have access to the entire site.
If you don't have a link to the login page in maintenance mode go to www.yoursite.com/user.php?action=login
If that doesn't work use phpMyAdmin and edit the settings table manually. Change maintenance from 1 to 0
