Outdated block Featured Authors for 3.5.2 updated for version 3.5.6 (and 3.5.5 then)

I don't know if more blocks are missing from the official 3.5.5, but if not, should this be added to 3.5.6 release? Or separate repo is fine?

PS. In fact, I am posting this to see if there is a difference in forum post visibility.
