I'm in the process of officially opening it up and I've got a few users already joining, but I can't do a "grand opening", so to speak, until I write and publish a ToS for my archive and its new members. Being only a measly university student and having no law education as of late, I have no idea on where to begin with writing a Terms of Service agreement for my site.
Does anyone have idea or could point me to the right direction on writing a suitable ToS for my archive? One Direction Fanfiction ( http://onedirectionfanfiction.com/viewpage.php?page=tos) has a pretty straightforward ToS and because both of our target audience/visitors are about the same age range, I have been tempted many times to simply use it as a "template" for my own ToS. Though, I have doubt that that's a good idea. Any help?
You can modify the Wordpress terms. They made them Creative Commons. : )
