Well for one, use the template for bug reports and I'd recommend a more detailed step by step for problem reproduction
more immediately, I'd attempt to install it again, it may have just installed wrong, then there's the matter of files not being chmod'ed right

Did you install again because it looks okay to me. However I think you need to go into your language file and clean up a bit of it. In the General Info you have _Chapters: 27 (You need to go find the definition of Chapters and change it to Chapters to Capítulos. And change New to Nuevo.

You shouldn't have to remove everything. Did you use the Spanish language pack? Or did you translate everything yourself?
I tried to use the language pack but nobody told me how when I asked lol

In order for us to see what the problem is exactly, we need a test account so that somehow the error can be reproduced, unless you can copy and paste the error that you're seeing for us. It doesn't look like there is a virus on your site as far as I can tell.
As for the language pack. It was me who responded:
What language pack do you need? You can find Spanish, French and German Language Packs here.
As far as I know they are in zip files. What you need to do is download them, unzip them, and then read the included directions as Jan said. Usually it is just uploading them to overwrite your other files, and then selecting it as your default language through your Admin panel.
