It might be the same code problem with the csszen thing, but it is acting very different.
Now, the step I used to cause this stuff was adding
<div class="block">
<div class="title">{shoutbox_title}</div>
<div class="content">{shoutbox_content}</div>
</div>
To the header so I could test the shoutbox error.
5th reinstall, it works for some odd reason. I've no idea why they were even broke before.
