may or may not be related to the other category problems, but I just realized that i cannot relocate a sub sub category and move it up one level as a sub category.

--tv show sequel
I move it to the top level category, then check the drop down again.

I submit it and then when I edit it again, I have only one option 'back to main categories'. It doesn't do anything.
