Did you delete the install folder like it said?  You'd need to put it back up if that's the case.

Try adding at the top of the code I gave you:      $tpl->newBlock("listings");

Turn debug on for your site and see if it'll give you an error.

Edit chapter is at the bottom of the story.  It's the same in 2.0.X.
