I think the Featured Author block comes from Tammy's site. you have to be logged in to see the downloads.

I got a lot of members by simply inviting authors to come and post their things. it's a little tedious, but good success.

Why would this only be happening on a few accounts?Try and find out if there are any similarities between them. Were they released on the same version...
