I am trying to install EFiction, the latest version three and I keep getting an error on step seven.
A fatal MySQL error was encountered.
Query: INSERT INTO `fanfiction_messages` VALUES (1, 'welcome', '', 'This is your welcome message. It appears on the index page. Include it in your .tpl files with {welcome}.');
Error: ()
Please help.

Weird, shouldn't happen (then again, which error should?).
Try re-d/l from here: https://github.com/eFiction/v3_stable/archive/master.zip , this is the latest version with some hot-fixes.
