I just uploaded all my files using FileZilla. Then proceeding to my site, it comes up with a log in panel. From there i have no clue where to get the details from to log into it. Any possible help from you guys? I know this is probably... the easiest of problems. However as my name suggests, im an eficnoob.

This is the login information to your MySQL account. Usually you set up a new MySQL database (via cPanel) and decide login name, password and database name. This is the info you would enter here. Database host is how you are supposed to access the MySQL databases and can be anything from 'localhost' to 'myusername.myhost.com:33300'. Please consult your website host for that specific information.
For detailed help, hold the mouse over the [?] by each field for an explaination of that field.
("Bridging" is where you have eFiction use another program's database for user information, say you already have a CMS, gallery or forum and would like for the user/password and such to carry over into eFiction so you don't have two -- or more! -- seperate logins.)
