Track story module error and a few questions

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. I can move this to the appropriate forum if need be but this looked better than the module suggestions thread.

I installed the track story module and when you got to top ten tracked stories under the top ten list, it gives me an error code. Something about function.include. here's the link to the page...

I can't copy it from my mobile phone or I'd do that and include it, but you should be able to read it from the link. I obviously did the install incorrectly even though the module is working. I was hoping someone could tell me what I did wrong and how to fix it.

Also I read that some site owners were able to add this function to the authors profile page for easy access. I created a new panel and it would show up but wouldn't give you the number of stories they tracked and it always took you to your tracked stories and not the authors.

Is there a way to have the tracked stories function on just the members profile where only they can see it and not on anyone else's?  I tried the hide function but it ended up hiding the whole thing and not showing on my profile or the authors. So I just deleted the panel I created.

I also couldn't get the tracked stories link to show up on my browse list. Even when I went into the variables.tpl it would just turn the whole screen black.

I know this is a lot and I'm very sorry for so many questions, but I and my memebers love this function and I want to have it working just right.

I am running 3.5.2 and debug is turned off. I also have the beta-reader, bad reviewer and challenges modules installed.
