Hello! My users and i are having a rather serious problem... i've installed eFiction 3.5.1 on my website, but for some reason, they can create new series, but not add new stories or chapters to them! what would cause this? how can i fix this?

URL to your eFiction: http://fanfics.mobianlegends.com
Version of eFiction: v3.5.2
Have you bridged eFiction, if so with what?: No bridge is installed.

Have you searched for your problem: Yes.
If so, what terms did you try: "categories do not show up"
State the nature of your problem: When someone tries to create a story, they are then brought into a loop where they cannot add chapters, and get odd error messages about nothing being available.
Do you have a test account for us? You can log in under the test account "testaccount" with the password "testaccount".
You don't have ratings set. Ratings is one of the required elements to post a story.
To create ratings go to Admin->Ratings
Click Add new Rating
You don't have to make it complex. If you don't really want a rating you put something in there like Everyone.
That will fix the problem.

I've added ratings, but the problem persists...
i mean, if i try to add to an existing story series, or add a chapter, it still enters a loop. this problem has never occurred before. I'd also like to know how to remove users.
Everything is working just fine for me on the test account. When you add a new chapter, it does bump you back to the story's management page, which might look like it's going around in a loop although the chapter IS added. I had no trouble adding stories to a series, either.
To remove users, view their profile and click 'delete' (when logged in as admin).
ETA: it looks like you're not officially open, so I've left what I did there for you to see.
Yep. I didn't have a problem posting either.
Follow Lyndsie's advice on removing users.
If you or your users are still having it bounce back to the submissions page, have them clear their browser cache, so it will clean out the older pages that aren't working.

That worked! thanks! How do we classify this problem as "solved"?
