{Solved} Strange Info Block Issue

I have a weird problem. I'm putting up my fic site and everything is working okay except the info block. I only have 4 slots: members, authors, stories, and reviews. But these two don't show up at all: {authors} {stories}

This is not my first time making an efic site (though, in many ways I'm still a noob), but I've never had this kind of issue before. And it's not a skin thing because I'm testing and toying with several and this information doesn't appear under the info block at all no matter what skin I use.

Can anyone suggest something?
I've looked through the forums, but haven't come across this problem yet.

I'm using the latest version of efic, btw.

Thanks.  πŸ™‚

Please mark this as solved. After a long hunt I came across this thread:
https://efiction.org/forums/index.php?topic=7480.0

The suggestion to click on ALL of the archive maintenance options brought the stats up to date. πŸ™‚

You should edit your first post and add [solved] or the like to it.

Eh. Sorry about that. I had been up all night and didn't even see that modify button
(and I actually looked for a way to edit the post, which makes this just sad).

But in a way, I'm glad I didn't because it happened again.

I'm using the latest version of efic and the first time I uploaded a test fiction,
authors and stories didn't show and I had to manually recalculate.

Today, I posted another test story and it didn't show up under the right category.
Do you (or anyone) have any idea if this is going to become my norm (having
to manually add stats and use archive mgmt)? Because I really don't want to do
that on a daily basis since this is not going to be a site for private use. =/

I found a thread on the whole thing, and since this bug was supposed to have gotten
fixed for the latest release and my DB checks out -from what I can see- I have no idea
why this is happening.

Can you fill out the support request template? Particularly the php/mysql version information & a link to the site would be useful.

Also, are you adding stories as a "member" (from the member profile area) or as "admin" (from the admin area)?

efiction - 3.5.3
MySql - 5.5.32
php - 5.5.22
Linex - Apache 2.2.17

I was adding them as an admin to test the site. Every time I did, certain info
wasn't showing up. I actually came in to close this thread because that, along
with other little quirks got me a bit fed up, so I went back to 3.3.1, which is
what I use on my other archives and it never gave me any trouble.

But thanks for the responses. They're appreciated!

Keep in mind that 3.5 is a security update that closed a few holes, so using 3.3 leaves your site vulnerable.
