State the nature of your problem: None of the email sections work. This includes the contact forms for users or admin, review emails and update emails aren't being sent either. We haven't changed anything about this and this is a fairly new site so has only been running for a couple of weeks. This function was working to start off with so we've had a working version of it, it seems to be the past few days to a week that it's randomly stopped.
From what I can tell, the webhost has sendmail turned on and I've tried adding the SMTP details just in case but it didn't work. I also re-added the contact.php files in the main folder and the entire admin folder as well as the includes, that didn't work. I've checked that my email address is vaild and it is (it's also admin@yourfanfiction.com so it's an address that's attached to the hosting, not a separate gmail etc one). I tried changing the email address to my gmail one and that didn't work.
I'm getting quite frustrated as I've only been using this system for two weeks and I've had so many errors and problems - I can't imagine what my users must think :'( If anyone could help with this, I'd be so grateful.

Edit: Turns out my email provider had a limit on the number of emails the website could send and suspended my account *tch*
Could you be blacklisted by the host's mail service? We had that issue for a bit when the JBFF was still sending out favorites e-mails. Got blacklisted coming and going.

Would that stop all emails, or just emails from the website because our direct admin email address is still working?
