How do I get the front page to show more then just one news post? http://tabby.butterfly-dreams.com/index.php

Go to Admin > Blocks, then Options next in the row for News block. If your skin has a variables.php, it may also be set there. See: https://efiction.org/wiki/index.php5?title=Variables.php
