RSS Feed Help

Hi,

I have just launched my site www.bewitching-fiction.com/story-archive/ and put an rss feed on the Wordpress index page (www.bewitching-fiction.com).  The feed links okay (checked the URL www.bewitching-fiction.com/story-archive/rss.php and it works) but when I look at the widget where I have placed the code nothing appears but the link to the archive.  As I have forums etc from the homepage I needed to have the Wordpress front end so just played with the 'Responsive' skin (looks fab) but I haven't touched the RSS so can't figure out why it's not working.

Any advice would be great.  Thanks.
