I have noticed several times that users' reviews are not sending, thought the "action is successful" message appears after they send them. Is there a way to correct this, and also, could someone tell me where the reviews are physically stored? I'd like to take a look and see if they went there without posting/being counted.
Please help if you can, this is a major annoyance, as I have no idea just how many reviews have been lost prior to my discovering this issue.
