A user of my site has told me that when she clicks the reply link on a review of her stories, her reply shows up as a separate review, instead of a reply. Do you know what could be causing this to happen? If so, what do I do to fix it? Thanks in advance!
Are you sure she's clicking on the Respond button next to the review and not just clicking on the box that comes up with the link to reply?
We had this problem at our archive so I added a little message to remind authors not to reply in the box:

Add this around line 25 perhaps:
if (isMEMBER && (USERUID == $authoruid)) {
$form .= "<p class="important">You are reviewing your own story! <br /><small>To respond to a review, please click on the [Respond] link below the individual review.</small></p>";
