URL to your eFiction: http://www.libraryofmoria.com/a/
Version of eFiction: 3.5.3
Have you bridged eFiction, if so with what?: No
Version of PHP: 5.2.17
Version of MySQL: 4.1.22
Have you searched for your problem: Yes
If so, what terms did you try: redirecting, redirect
State the nature of your problem: This is not an eFiction problem but I've tried everything I could including my host's technical help and many Google searches and I could really use some help, if you please. Maybe someone has been through this...
Some malware entered the site. I made sure my laptop was clean and with updated virus and malware software and then I downloaded everything, scanned it and nothing came up.
I could see that there were some files that clearly didn't belong, and I wiped them from the server. Google removed it's warnings against our site, but a new problem was created.
Now when we type the URL of the site we go to the site and everything looks ok. BUT when we google it, and click the links, we are redirected to a google page that says that google couldn't find iseriesbiotics.biz. I cleaned the .htaccess files but the problem persisted. Then I completely wiped them out and it still happens.
I'm considering scrapping the site and reuploading, but what if the problem is hidden in one of the files I upload?
Does anyone know what's happening? I'm sorry to post something that's not related to a direct eFiction problem, but I had not where left to turn, and I hope that someone will be willing to give some advice.
Thank you.
Do you have a test account for us? Yes ( http://www.libraryofmoria.com/a/viewuser.php?uid=153). pw test
Well your website is http://www.libraryofmoria.com/a/
When I remove the "/a/" from it it redirects to http://www.iseriesbiotics.biz/Supplier?8
Somehow you have to either get Google to associate the site with the /a/ in it or find out who owns iseriesbiotics.biz and why have they highjacked the higher level of your website.

Hi,
Thanks so much for taking a look at this, although it's out of place here. Thanks for helping me understand better what is happening.
Cheers,
