Ok this is what is happening

My co-admin is having serious difficulties logging into the site to preform any maintenance at all.  The moment she clicks on the admin tab or any other link within the site she gets an error message "Unauthorized to View" and she is immediately logged out of the site.

I have checked her admin permissions and they are all intact and her account is validated even though its not a requirement.

One of the authors posting to the site is reporting similar issues although she isn't admin.

I would appreciate any help with this

Is she being logged out?  Sometimes this can happen if there's something wrong with the site's session settings.  The person will lose their session and get logged back out of the site.  Have them select the "Remember Me" option when they log in.  If that solves the problem, talk to your hosting company as they most likely have an issue with their sessions.

I agree with Tammy here. I had the same issue with my site when I first opened up and when I contacted my host about the sessions not saving properly. That fixed it. I do sometimes have to contact them from time to time to get them to do it again, unfortunately. (not the best host) But then users don't have an issue with logging in or posting stories. It was actually what was messing up my captcha as well. Not sure if you've had issues with that or not, but I couldn't use it at first. That again was because of the sessions not saving.
Good luck!
