Thou this may sound like a stupid question....how exactly do I properly move my archive from one webhost to another?
And yes, I did search for possible solutions, but I didn't get far 🙁
Also, is there any advice anyone has on moving archives?
I own two archives I plan to move; both of them are to be located on different servers (when they are moved). I already got a .sql backup for both of my archives, now I just need a little advice on the next step (the actual moving process).
I also plan to upgrade my archives to the lastest version of efiction during the move.
All I know about moving archives is that I would need to update my sitekey (to match the one in the backup) when I move. Other than knowing that, I'm pretty clueless.

I would advise that you do one at a time too, so move THEN upgrade. Things will get tricky if you try to do both simultaneously. 🙂
