State the nature of your problem: When any users of our website request a new password, they are sent a blank email without fail each time. I run another Efic website and we are using basically the same code for everything, and everything works perfectly on the other Efic site. I've compared everything I can think of! The new registration email works, the notifications work. I'm at a loss. A little direction would be most appreciated. 🙂
Do you have a test account for us? I will make one if necessary but for now I don't think it is.
You've got more problems than that. I just tried to register at the site to look into it.
1. On your login page the register link is missing. So there's something wrong there. Do you maybe have registration turned off in your site settings?
2. I clicked on the register link in the nav bar on the right. Completed the registration. The form gave me all the right responses, but I got no e-mail confirmation.
3. I then tried to the lost password function using the email I just registered with. Still no e-mails.
4. I tried logging in with the info I used when registering and that didn't work either.
I just tried to contact myself using the contact form, and that didn't work either.
Check your site's e-mail settings.

Okay, so our Email settings are just left blank, and that is how we have it for my main efic site - tokiohotelfiction.com. it's never been a huge problem - do you have any suggestions for this?
Hi again. I fixed the Registration issue, and I (and others) am not having the issues you're talking about... so I think maybe those are in the minority (just to spite me!!) however, the lost password emails are still blank. this is so bizarre. :

I left you a contact us message on your site stating that like Tammy I didn't see the register link. I should say I didn't see the Register link where I'm used to seeing the register link. It does exist on the Menu after Home. And I didn't see it until after I send the contact us message. So I apologize for not seeing it. But it does seem that your registration is working. I did get an email and had no problems with logging in. Didn't try lost password, but if the other stuff is working I can only imagine that is working now for you as well.
