Jump to last page missing

State the nature of your problem: We updated our servers yesterday which took a lot longer than we were expecting, and was a lot more complicated. We ended up reinstalling efiction about 3 times to get it to work. It seems like the site is mostly fine, however, when I click on the authors page, there used to be a button that let you skip to the last page of the list of authors, but that's now mysteriously disappeared (this is the same for the members admin page and I don't know if it's also the same for any other pages). Does anyone know how I can get it back and what I did wrong (in case my error has caused a problem with anything else)?
