Installing Challenges Module

Version of MySQL: 5.1.61
Have you searched for your problem: Yes
If so, what terms did you try: "challenges module" and "challenges module not displaying"
State the nature of your problem: Nothing's showing up. I installed the module through Admin. The module shows as being installed when I'm on the module page, but aside from that there's nothing. I went into the panels link and made sure the browse URL for challenges was "modules/challenges/browse.php" -- which it was. I don't know if there's extra steps to install it that I missed or what.
