I have a number of Non-validated Members and I want to remove them.

Go to the member's profile and you should see this... a link to delete.
Admin Options: [Validate] [Edit] [Delete] [Lock Account] [Make User an Admin]

Sorry to put question for such old answer, but I can't find this options on Users page... I looked through Members on Admin page and I found a member that was clearly a spammer, but I have no option to delete him. I am running 3.5 version of efiction... (yes I know I should update to 3.5.5, but so far everything worked ok and I didn't want to tickle a sleeping dragon)...

You have to go to the users profile. There you can delete them.
