We are having a problem with features that were working, suddenly not working, including:
Contact when author responds to review - stopped functioning despite being activated
Contact when favorites are updated - stopped functioning despite being activated
I saw that a thread was posted about one of these occurring a while ago, but there was no resolution. Has anyone found a fix for this?

Hi there,
Can you please fill in a Support Request Template so that we can view the problem? Also, if you found a previous thread with no resolution, could you please post the link so that others can view it at a glance? It might yield a response. Thanks!
