Exporting stories (in case the worst happens)

I wonder if anyone has written a query (or whatever) to export stories from eFiction?

I've been backing up and copying (not closing down) some of my Wordpress site's stories to AO3 in case I decide to abandon my hosting etc.

I'd like to be able to export my site to individual HTML pages and zip them up for the authors. The complicating bit is that the stories are saved as text and not in the database - this is beyond my programming skills to create a SQL query to incorporate the text into a file.
