Since it's seemingly a huge problem just because I didn't put my type of PHP  and MYSQL, I've added it:

URL to your eFiction: http://spyrofanfiction.co.cc/
Version of eFiction: 3.5.2
Have you bridged eFiction, if so with what?:] No no no! The answer is the same EVERY time.
Version of PHP: 5.2.
Version of MySQL:] 5.0.81-community
Have you searched for your problem: of course
If so, what terms did you try: efiction errors/errors while viewing stories
State the nature of your problem:

I keep getting the following error while trying to view a story:

A fatal MySQL error was encountered.
Query: SELECT author.penname as penname, author.uid as uid, story.*, UNIX_TIMESTAMP(story.date) as date, UNIX_TIMESTAMP(story.updated) as updated, story.validated as valid FROM fanfiction_stories as story, fanfiction_authors as author WHERE story.sid = '3' AND story.uid = author.uid
Error: (1317) Query execution was interrupted

What exactly does this mean? I got it while viewing a story on my spyrofanfiction site.  A link to the story is here:   http://spyrofanfiction.co.cc/viewstory.php?sid=3

I happen to ONLY get this warning at random times. Sereval of my users reported the error and then they told me that after refreshing the page sereval times it worked. I tried it and I got the error, but when I logged out of my account it just said "A fatal MYSQL Error was Encountered" and then when I tried it for the third time it let me view the story. I'm just wondering what's wrong here.

Do you have a test account for us? No, but you can just register on my site if you need and account. Registration works fine as it always did.

I baiscly stated all that needed to be stated. As if forgetting to put the MYQSL and PHP versions is really going to be an issue.

As far as I can tell, it's an issue with your host.

Celestial,

Your problem seems oddly random because when I went to your example:
http://spyrofanfiction.co.cc/viewstory.php?sid=3

I didn't see any error messages at all. Are you still seeing that message? This may sound silly but try clearing out your browser cache (on firefox it's Tools->Clear Recent History; on Internet Explorer it's Tools->Internet Options->Browsing History->Delete) then check the page again. It may have been an earlier error message still stuck in your cache.

If it still persists, then I think Tammy is right and it might be something your webhost may have changed on their systems that might pull this error.
