I am the technical administrator on a french Harry Potter Fanfiction website. Our major issue is that many of our members are teenagers who should not be able to read some stories.
The configuration of the website opens a warning pop-op window when the member tries to read a rated fiction but, if they click on OK, they are still able to read it.
We have had complaints from parents who think we don't protect their children enough. What I would like to do is : if the member doesn't check the "grown-up box" in their user preferences, can I forbid them to read the rated fiction instead of only warn them ? Like the blocking for no-members, actually?
Edit the rating and check the 'Age Consent Required:" and 'Registered Users Only:'

I went to the right page but I checked the option "Majorité requise" (Majority mandatory ?) and it worked just as I wanted.
