Appending tables to an existing identical database (3.5.2)

If so, what terms did you try: export, append to another database, transfer database

I have one site that is running two efiction databases :

and

http://www.sailormoonfiction.com/transition/index.php
There was a logic to why I set up two, but for the life of me I can't remember  🙄 🙄

Both database are running 3.5.2 - can I append the contents of database 2 (transition) onto database 1 (revolution) ? I thought it would be fairly simple, but I suddenly realised the unique author/story ID maight cause a problem ..... 😥

I wanted some advise before I do something dramatic and *&$* up my site  🙄
