The problem is when a user on my board gets an email telling them they have been approved [there story] them email is all together like this for xeample your story has been approved thank you admin yourgamerstory.com example.
How can i get it like this

Also how do you add like extra content on the main menu? As i would like to add a html clock? also the time is wrong on my site how could i change that?

To change the letter you can go to Admin > Settings > Acceptance letter.

The time has to do with the time on your webserver. There currently is no built in functionality for eFiction to offset this, but you can request a mod in that board if you like.
