I know age verification is in the works for version 4, but I'm making a site now and I plan to have mature content. I know youngins' can, and will, lie about their ages, but I'd feel better if I had some form of protection for myself. I've been googling and I've seen a few "scripts" and java add ons for age verification purposes, but I want to know if there's anything I can use that would be compatible with efic. Because, from what I can tell, the people that are using and suggesting these codes are doing it for normal HTML sites, no PHP.
I looked through the forum and saw someone mention a splash page, but my issue with that is the fiction site will be part of a main site. So there will already be an index page and I have no idea if I can/should put an additional splash/index page inside the efic folder.

Make your ratings all have age verification. It's not going to change much in v4. There will be an age verification at registration, but that won't put your entire site behind an age verification.
Yeah, that's probably the best way to handle things.
