Version 3.4.3 has been released.  This is a bug fix for hopefully the majority of the bugs reported in the forum. There are a couple I still can't replicate, and therefore can't fix.  If you have previously reported a bug (including any outstanding bugs from previous versions), please check whether or not it's fixed and report back so we can mark those off the list.  Thanks.

Thanks for the work, everything went OK during update! πŸ™‚ But I'm not sure about some of the new files included in the script. There is a file named promote.php in the main directory. When I open it, the following error appears:

Warning : opendir(buttons) [ function.opendir ]: failed to open dir: No such file or directory in  /home/[...]/efiction/promote.php  on line  35

And the page tells something about "wormhole crossing". Isn't it one of your sites Tammy and the file got included by an accident? πŸ™‚
There's also a file named tempupdate.php that does some MySQL stuff. Because everything seemed to went OK during update, I deleted this file and also the main update script. Do I need it anymore after update?

With the lat two updates (3.4.3 and 3.4.2), the update doesn't start automatically for me, even when I upload all the new files (minus images, install, skins, and tinymce). Should I be uploading one or more of those folders to start the upgrade process, or going to a special URL? I try going to Archive Maintenance/Run Update, and all it tells me is that the action has already been taken, and no further action is required. When I go to update.php and say Yes, I'm ready to update, it says the action is successful, but the Admin main page and the Version Check page both insist I'm still using the older version.

Am I doing something wrong here? The upgrades used to work so smoothly, and I don't think I've changed how I upload or anything...?

Let me check into it.  I may have forgotten to update the version number someplace.

Never mind; I found out my FTP client skipped 39 files (!), and when I uploaded those missing files, everything worked as it was supposed to. Sorry for the concern!

Oh, I'm translating all this into spanish, so when I'm ready I'll give you all the files to include them, as the other language pack is no valid anymore with this version πŸ™‚

But I have some doubts on where are some items I can't find to translate...
