We've released 3.1.1 today. This should take care of most if not all of the outstanding bug reports.

I just wanted to add the next release will not happen anytime soon unless a serious bug or security problem occurs. I'm planning for the next release to have some improvements to the news and info features based on jrabbit's suggestions; the cleanup/improvements of challenges and series; and some other additions that will make eFiction even more customizable.
