I'm asking what program to use to unzip the files
There is no one answer to that. Many folks use may different programs. Some use WinZip, 7Zip, or WinRar. Personally I use IZArc. If you are on a computer running windows, once you download the file your can right-click and you will be given the option to Extract... (so windows has it's own unzip program). If you are on a mac running OS X 10.4 and up you can just double-click the file and it will extract using mac's internal program.
Do a google search for any of the names listed in here. In this case it's a matter of personal preference.

For that matter, you may be able to upload the .zip to your server and then use the webhost's file manager utility to unzip the files there.
