State the nature of your problem: I don't know whether this something I've done, but I was testing the contact form and noticed this at the very top of the "message sent" page...
Where can I remove that? 😐

Weird... I just sent a message from your contact page and it looked normal until I clicked send. But once I went away to other parts of your site the word 'test' disappeared. Look at your contact.php in notepad and see if the word "test" is written in it anywhere. That would be the first thing I would think to do. Then maybe look in your style.css and see if test isn't written it there somewhere).

Yes, you've probably got 3 admins so it's sending 3 emails when the story is submitted.
