I don't know what went wrong... the upgrade was going very smoothly until I hit "conitnue" for step 17 and I got this:
A fatal MySQL error was encountered.
Query: SELECT uname FROM fanfiction_comments GROUP BY uname
Error: (1054) Unknown column 'uname' in 'field list'
what can I do to fix this?

OK i tried to skip ahead and got another error for step 18 ....
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in /usr/home/nsync908/public_html/archive/includes/mysql_functions.php on line 52
and step 19 gave me another error... seems that i can't skip any steps, it doesn't get any better 😐

I think "uname" should be "uid"?
You could try and replace it with that in the file, but you may want to wait for confirmation. 😛

ok i dont think 17 is a problem... i looked at my mysql database and it already says "uid" not "uname"
but i still need help with 18 & 19... i don't know why i'm getting those error msgs, what they mean, or if they're connected to the fact that 17 didnt properly complete or whatever.
someone please help 😥
Did you perhaps modify your 2.0.7? It's a failed query somewhere. Most likely because of a mod.
its been awhile... i think the only mods i added was the "who's online" block and "story info" mod.
can i still fix this? or am i doomed and should give up updating? 😳
